Shipping Policy

We ship handpicked sarees across India. This policy explains our timelines, charges, and coverage.

1. Delivery Timelines

Destination	Estimated Delivery
Metro cities	3–5 business days
Other cities & towns	5–7 business days
Remote / rural areas	7–10 business days

Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours of confirmation. Timelines are estimates and may vary during festivals, sales, or due to courier delays.

2. Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all orders above ₹2000.
• Orders below ₹2000: a flat ₹79 shipping fee applies.
• We accept online payments only — Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

3. Order Tracking

Once dispatched, you receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also track from My Account → Orders or the Track Order page.

4. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to most PIN codes across India. If your area is not serviceable, we will contact you and issue a full refund for any prepaid amount. International shipping is not available yet.

5. Delays & Issues

Delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes, or events beyond our control are not our liability, but we will help you track and resolve any issue. If a package is lost in transit, we will reship or refund.
