Welcome to SR Collections. By accessing or buying from sr-collections.com (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or use the Site under supervision of a parent or guardian, and be able to enter a legally binding contract under Indian law.

2. Products & Pricing

• All sarees are handpicked; slight variation in colour, texture, and weave is natural to handloom products and is not a defect.
• Product images are for reference. Actual colour may vary slightly due to screen and lighting.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We may change prices, offers, and product availability at any time without notice.

3. Orders

• Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order.
• We may cancel an order due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud, and will refund any amount paid.
• Order confirmation is sent by email or SMS once payment is received.

4. Payments

We accept UPI, cards, and net banking — online payments only, no Cash on Delivery. Payments are processed by a secure third-party gateway. We do not store your full payment details.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by couriers, weather, or events beyond our control are not our liability. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns, Cancellation & Refunds

Returns, cancellations, and refunds are governed by our separate Return & Exchange, Cancellation, and Refund policies, which form part of these Terms.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — logo, images, text, and design — belongs to SR Collections and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt unauthorized access, post unlawful content, or interfere with its operation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan.
