| Other cities & towns | 5–7 business days |
| Remote / rural areas | 7–10 business days |

2. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹2000.
- Orders below ₹2000: the shipping fee is calculated live by our courier partner based on your delivery pincode, and shown at checkout before you pay.
- We accept online payments only — Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
3. Order Tracking
Once dispatched, you receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also track from My Account → Orders or the Track Order page.
4. Delivery Coverage
We deliver to most PIN codes across India. If your area is not serviceable, we will contact you and issue a full refund for any prepaid amount. International shipping is not available yet.
