How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are dispatched within 24–48 hours. Delivery takes 3–5 days for metro cities and 5–7 days elsewhere. See our Shipping Policy.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
No, we currently accept online payments only. Cash on Delivery is not available. Orders get free shipping above ₹2000.
Are the saree colours exactly as shown?
We photograph every saree in natural light, but actual colour may vary slightly due to your screen and lighting. Slight variation in handloom weaves is natural and not a defect.
Can I return or exchange a saree?
Yes, within 7 days of delivery if unused and with tags intact. See our Return & Exchange policy.
Does the saree come with a blouse?
It depends on the product. Each product page states whether a blouse piece is included and whether it is stitched or unstitched.
How do I track my order?
You get a tracking link by email and SMS after dispatch. You can also use the Track Order page or check My Account → Orders.
Which payment methods do you accept?
UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking — online payments only, no COD. See Payment Methods.
How do I know my blouse size?
Check our Size Guide for the blouse chart and measuring tips, or message us your measurements.
Are my payments secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant gateway. We never store your full card details.
